About

Kate became a real estate agent at the age of 23, shortly after moving to the U.S. from Belarus. At that time, there was no internet, no smart phones, no social media. After finding it difficult to get any kind of help while starting out, Kate struggled to independently learn as much as she could. That experience eventually propelled her desire to educate, inspire, and help people as much as she could – in person and through social media.
Known for her upbeat energy, creative thinking, and tenacity, Kate offers clients an insider’s knowledge of the coveted San Francisco Bay Area, including San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, and Contra Costa counties. As a licensed broker, Kate serves the local community and international clients in English and in Russian. She has a nose for spotting excellent off-market deals and is always on the lookout for foreclosures and investment opportunities. She is also a sought-after short sale expert, having helped hundreds of families during the recession of 2009-2012.
Kate is a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Top Agent Network (TAN), built exclusively for the top 10% of verified agents. She is also a Crypto-Certified Agent and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Kate fully understands and appreciates how fluid the industry is. She also believes that informed clients can make better decisions for their needs which is why she provides free advice and insightful information through YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook channels. Further, she strives to embrace new technologies and strategies that allow her to deliver the best possible real estate solutions for her clients. She applies her education not only to her clients’ unique situations, but also to her own personal ventures as a real estate investor herself. Having invested in a diverse array of projects (multi-family passive investment, hard money loans, Airbnb property, etc.), she has had opportunities to put many theories and strategies to the test in her own real estate endeavors. This has afforded her a practical and comprehensive understanding of concepts which she then shares with her clients.

Bringing Blockchain To Real Estate

Based in the Bay Area, the hub of tech innovation, Kate offers her clients both the traditional homebuying and selling experience as well as an exciting new way to do real estate: with blockchain. She previously served as the vice president of Propy Inc., a global blockchain-based real estate firm whose mission is to offer a management and transaction platform that empowers buyers, sellers, their agents, and deal partners to close real estate transactions entirely online. Kate is also the first Crypto-Certified Agent in the world and has been featured in Forbes magazine for her role in processing the first real estate transaction in the U.S. registered on blockchain.

In her free time, you’ll likely find Kate packing for her next road trip, exploring California wineries, or enjoying a rock concert. She also enjoys writing winery guides.
