I started my real estate career at 23, shortly after moving to the U.S. from Belarus. Back then there was no social media and very little accessible information, so I had to figure everything out on my own. That experience shaped how I work today. I care a lot about educating my clients and making sure they actually understand what they’re doing, not just going through the motions.

I work with buyers and sellers at all stages, from first-time buyers to experienced homeowners, and I focus on making the process clear and manageable. Financing, disclosures, negotiations, all of it can feel overwhelming. I break everything down in plain language so you always know what’s happening and why. My goal is to help you make smart decisions, not just close a deal.

I don’t run my business like a typical agent. I’m very straightforward, and I’m very strategy-driven. For sellers, I treat every listing like a marketing campaign. That means positioning, pricing, and creating real demand, not just putting a home on the MLS and waiting. For buyers, I combine deep local knowledge with a strategic approach so you don’t overpay or miss opportunities.

I’ve worked through multiple market cycles, including the 2009–2012 recession, where I helped many families navigate short sales. That experience still impacts how I guide clients today. I’m also a member of SFAR, CAR, NAR, and Top Agent Network, which gives me access to strong industry relationships and off-market opportunities.

A big part of how I work is showing up consistently with real information. I don’t post headlines or fluff. I explain what’s actually happening in the market in a way that makes sense. Prices, trends, strategies, what’s working and what’s not. I want people to feel like they have clarity, even if they’re not planning a move right now.

My clients don’t just come to me for transactions. They come to me with questions about neighborhoods, contractors, lifestyle decisions, even “does this make sense financially?” I see my role as a guide and a resource, not just an agent.

I’m very proactive and responsive. You’re not going to be chasing me for updates or wondering what’s happening next. I stay on top of things, communicate clearly, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
